Darren Burdis - Operational Director

Darren has over 25 years’ experience of working within the Financial Services Industry. In 2011 after many of the large corporate financial companies pulled out of the financial services industry, Darren decided it was time to set up his own company and with the Support of Paul Hancox, On 28th September 2011 Crystal Clear Financial Planning was born! Darren and Paul, we’re the Directors of CCFPL until Paul retired in 2022.

Lauren Burdis - Marketing Manager

Before joining CCFPL, Lauren completed her A Levels in Sociology, Psychology and Media, before beginning her career in retail where she worked at Boots for 6 years and progressed up to Assistant Manager.

Parneet Kaur - Administrator

After completing her AS Levels in Politics, Sociology and History, Parneet was ready to dive into an exciting new chapter. She joined Crystal Clear Financial Planning in July 2023 as a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice – which she passed with a Distinction!

Luca Carratu - Apprentice

After completing his A-level studies in History, Business and Economics, Luca joined the CCFPL team in May 2026 as an Administration Apprentice.
